(3/26/08) - Appraisal Resource has been awarded the FY 2009 Revaluation project in Plainville, MA. This project will be a Full measure and list inspection program.

(6/27/07) - Appraisal Resource has been awarded the 4 year Contract for revaluation services in Attleboro, MA. The project will encompass the Revaluation this year, and in FY 2011, as well as a full property inspection program split over FY ’08, ’09, & ’10.

(4/26/07) - Appraisal Resource Announces Strategic Alliance With Patriot Properties - Appraisal Resource to market Patriot Properties AssessPro software in Rhode Island & Connecticut.

(3/15/07) Appraisal Resource has been awarded the Revaluation project in the City of Norwich, CT. This is a full revaluation for '08 and consists of approximately 15,000 parcels.

(1/17/07) Appraisal Resource is awarded the 2007 Statistical Revaluation project in North Providence, RI.

(12/20/06) Appraisal Resource has been awarded the '07 full revaluation for Coventry, RI. The project encompasses approximately 15,700 parcels and will be completed in 2008.

(11/28/06) Appraisal Resource has been awarded the Madison CT, 2007 revaluation Project. Madison will convert to the Appraisal Resource CAMA software, CAMAPro V6.0.

(03/2006) Appraisal Resource was recently awarded the Town of Foxboro, Massachusetts and the City of Central Falls, Rhode Island. Central Falls will be converting to the Appraisal Resource CAMA software, CAMAPro V6.0.

(10/2005) Appraisal Resource has been awarded FY06 Full Revaluation in Warren, RI. Warren, RI already utilizes Appraisal Resources cama software, CAMAPro™.

(10/03/05) MERIDEN, CT The City of Meriden Connecticut awards '06 Revaluation to Appraisal Resource. Meriden, a city located in the center of Connecticut has awarded its '06 revaluation project to Appraisal Resource. The city has approximately 20,000 parcels, and will be converting to the Appraisal Resource cama software, CAMAPro™. CAMAPro™. The project will commence in mid October, and be complete as of January '07.

(04/26/05) Appraisal Resource has been awarded FY’05 Statistical Revaluation in Tiverton, RI. As part of the Revaluation, the town will be converting their existing CAMA software to CAMAPro™.
